We have now successfully concluded our first year’s trading as ‘Core’.  This has been a year of consolidation and we are very pleased to be able to say that all our existing Clients have remained with us and there are a number of exciting new leads.

Whilst we are known principally for our expertise in Liability matters we are now heavily involved in the surveying and authentication of a large number of property damage claims arising from RTA impacts.  We have a number of schemes in operation and we have built up a considerable expertise in negotiating Highway claims/Local Authority claims.

We have over the last 12 months dealt with a number of Product Liability claims, to include a potential “sofa burn” case, defective hot water bottle, allegedly defective swing apparatus and trampoline equipment.

During the last 12 months we have had our first instructions on the Showman’s Guild Scheme.

We are also very pleased to report that we are now handling cradle to grave claims for a new Commercial Underwriting Scheme.

In the first 12 months we had something in the order of 2,000 new instructions and we now look forward to managed growth for the future.
