Founding Partner in Quest Gates Partnership in 1995 operating initially from Harrogate and then opening offices in Birmingham, Bolton and Glasgow.  The Practice rapidly expanded and in 2003 QuestGates Ltd was formed, David was a main board Director.  Together with Alan Hines, David has now formed Core Insurance Services to operate independently as Liability Loss Adjusters, maintaining David’s special interests in equine related liability investigations and claims handling which supplement Core’s involvement in the sports and leisure sector.
