About Us The company was formed recently by two Directors who have developed a strong reputation in the market for providing consistently high levels of service to meet and exceed market expectations. We pride ourselves upon our professionalism. Our aim is to deliver a personalised service by very experienced Adjusters Currently we are developing a user friendly direct internet link for clients which will be bespoke and tailored to our clients needs. Here are some comments from insurance clients, policyholders and even claimants:- "I am not sure I would have the guts to run this one. However, the outcome is of course superb and justifies your decision totally - well done!" "It has been a pleasure working with you. May I take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your prompt, professional and friendly attitude" "May I conclude by saying that even though you represent the Insurers in our dealings, you have dealt with the matter most fairly, pleasantly and efficiently" "David Miles runs the equestrian account under a delegated authority. I audited him last year and found no problems at all. He really does know his stuff when it comes to the horse arena." Loss Adjusters fall outside the scope of FSA compliance but nevertheless we seek to comply with FSA regulations and in addition have implemented a TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) policy. Our files are constantly audited for service standards and for technical content. We have developed a network of Consultants throughout the UK to include Tim Young of The Surveillance Group with whom we are currently working on a number of projects. He has developed an Incident Validation Service with a view to capturing information at an early date which will help insurers to place a more accurate initial reserve and to focus investigations into liability and policy indemnity. Our “Core” activity is in dealing with Liability claims, Employers Liability,, Public Liability and Products, we operate a number of schemes on a cradle to Grave basis. We have a large Delegated Authority from Insurers. It is in that area where we see future growth and potential for a niche player such as ourselves. We have seen growth of 25% in the last 12 months and this trend looks to continue. We operate a number of specialist schemes, to include Equestrian, Showman’s Guild, Marquee Erectors, Restaurant and Clubs. It is in the Sports & Leisure sectors that we have particular experience, we well as in the Construction and Building area. Historically we have also been involved in the Motor market, investigating road traffic accidents, interviewing witnesses, etc., particularly in connection with the more serious accidents or where policy/indemnity issues are involved. Currently we are piloting an Immobile Property Damage Scheme for a number of Motor Insurers, we are pleased to be able to report that we have achieved a saving in excess of 25% against claims submitted to their Policyholders. We have obtained significant reduction on claims from Contractors who work for the Highway Agencies where claims have been put forward for damage to the road surface, barriers, bridges, etc. It is our intention, now that we have built up statistical data to promote this service to the market generally. Core Insurance Services Ltd/Core Claims Management are a founding “Partner” in the recently formed Adjusting Consortium Ltd. Adjusting Consortium was set up to provide greater coverage, throughout the UK, to deal with Liability Investigation work. Our Partners in this are Delta Claims Service, Adjusting Solutions, Fulmar Consulting Ltd. and Signum Consulting UK (Scotland), all who are like minded niche players with very considerable experience. We are delighted to advise that as the Adjusting Consortium we successfully tendered and then presented to Fusion and we have been accepted on their Panel for 01.01.2010 |
